Via the handset:
1. Press or until display shows Answer Settings
and select the OK option.
2. The display shows Answer mode , select the OK option.
3. Use or to display either: Answer & Record OR
Answer Only and select the OK option.
Your chosen outgoing message will be announced via
the handset.
Re-instate the pre-recorded outgoing message
You can delete your own outgoing message and go back
to using the pre-recorded outgoing message.
Via the handset:
1. Lift the handset and press or until the display
shows Answer Settings and select the OK option.
2. Press or until the display shows Outgoing
Message and select the OK option.
3. Use or to select either: Answer & Record OR
Answer Only and select the OK option.
4. The display shows Outgoing Message . Select the Del
option to delete your own outgoing message and
reinstate the default outgoing message.
