Five-way joystick (7)
Enables scrolling through names, device
numbers, menus or settings.

The five-way joystick is also used to move the
cursor up, down, left, and right when writing text, using the calendar, and in some
game applications. Pressing the joystick also functions as the

Middle selection key

and pressing it briefly selects the function shown on the display above the joystick.

In the standby mode, the joystick functions as a shortcut. Move the joystick right
to access the calendar, left to start writing an SMS message, up to activate the
camera and down to access the list of contacts.

Call

key dials a phone number and answers a call. (8)

End

key ends an active call and exits from any function. (9)
