To use the quick move method:

Recall the phone number and name to be
moved.

Press and hold
for one second.
The message
MOVED
will be displayed confirm-
ing that the information has been moved to the
first empty memory location displayed in the up-
per right corner of the display.

If there is no empty location, the message
NO
SPACE
is displayed, and the information you
tried to move will reappear on the display. You
can reattempt to move it as described below, or
you can clear the display by pressing and holding
.
Erasing a Memory Location
You can erase a memory location by storing
empty entries in it.

Press and hold
to clear the display.

Press
to enter the store function.

Press
at
NAME?
and
NUMBER?
prompts.

Enter the number of the memory location you
want to delete at the store prompt, and press
. The message
REPLACE CONTENT?
appears.
➄
Press
to confirm the deletion. The message
STORED
and the memory location number
are briefly displayed confirming that the
memory location has been cleared.

If you do not press
within 8 seconds, or if you
press
, the message
NOT STORED
is briefly
displayed, and the phone exits the function.
