Memory Scrolling

Use to scroll through the memory
locations in use. Press to scroll forward and
to scroll backward.
To scroll the stored names, first press to
switch to the alpha mode and then begin scroll-
ing by using .

In the numeric entry mode, the memory locations
are scrolled in memory location sequence. In the
alpha mode, the names are scrolled in alphabeti-
cal order.

Press to make a call when the desired
name or number is displayed.
Recalling Names & Phone Numbers
To recall information by name:

Press and then .
The phone prompts you to enter the name to be
recalled (
NAME? ).

Enter the name or first letter(s) of the name
you want to recall and press
, or start scroll-
ing by using .
The name, or if you entered the first letter(s) only,
the names beginning with the first letter are dis-
played. To display an associated phone number,
press
. You can view other stored names
listed under the first letter by using .

If no matching name is found, the message
NAME NOT FOUND will be briefly displayed, and
the entered characters will reappear on the dis-
play if you pressed
.

If you started scrolling without pressing , the
message NAME NOT FOUND will be briefly dis-
played, and the list of names beginning with the
first character searched, will be displayed.

pressing .
