Digital Noise Reduction
DNR (Digital Noise Reduction) enables you
to “soften” the screen representation of a weak
signal to reduce the noise effect.
In the PICTURE menu, press
Ÿ or ź to
select DNR.
Press
Ż or Ź to select Off, Low, Mid-
dle or High.
NOTE: This function is not available for HDMI
input.
MPEG NR – Noise Reduction
When watching a DVD, the compression may
cause some words or picture elements to
become distorted or pixelated.
Using the MPEG NR feature reduces this ef-
fect by smoothing out the edges.
In the PICTURE menu, press
Ÿ or ź to
select MPEG NR.
Press
Ż or Ź to select Off, Low, Mid-
dle or High.
3D Colour Management
When 3D Colour Management is set to On, it
allows the Base Colour Adjustment feature to
become available.
You can adjust the picture colour quality by se-
lecting from 6 base colour adjustments : Red,
Green, Blue, Yellow, Magenta or Cyan.
In the PICTURE menu, press
Ÿ or ź to
select 3D Colour Management.
Press
Ż or Ź to select On or Off.
NOTE: When a DVD movie with subtitle is
playing back, this mode may not work
correctly.
Base Colour Adjustment
The Base Colour Adjustment feature allows
the adjustment of individual colours to suit per-
sonal preference. This can be useful when using
an external source. It only can be adjusted when
3D Colour Management is set to On.
In the PICTURE menu, press
Ÿ or ź
to select Base Colour Adjustment and
press
to enter the submenu.
Press
Ÿ or ź to select an item you want
to adjust and press
