2.9 Specifying Folding settings
Various settings are available for folding copies in half
or in three before they are fed out.
The following Folding settings are available.

These settings are available only if finisher FS-602 is
installed.

This setting can be selected if Z-folding unit ZU-602
is installed on finisher FS-504, FS-505 or FS-602.

11×17w or 8-1/2×14w paper can be Z-folded.

Up to three sheets of paper (plain paper 60 g/m

) can be folded together.
Setting Description
Half Fold

Select this setting to fold copies in half before
feeding them out.
Fold & Staple

Select this setting to staple copies at two
places along the center, then fold the copies
in half before feeding them out.
Z-Fold

Select this setting to fold copies in half at the
center, then fold them in half again before
feeding them out.
Tri-Fold

Select this setting to fold copies in three
before feeding them out.
