Try one or more of the following
Picture or video is protected.

Your picture/video is protected from deletion. Remove
write protection to delete it (see
).

Insert or connect a different device (see

Insert or connect a different device with more space

Delete pictures/videos from the card.

File type is unsupported or corrupt. Delete the
image/video and retake it.
Failed to copy.

Check for valid file format.

File may have duplicate name. Change the file name.

Make sure your printer and USB/power cables are
securely connected, and your printer is on (see

You cannot copy due to the folder limitation on your
dock. Delete folders/images from the location you are
copying to, or copy to a another location.

You cannot edit due to limited storage space on your
current location. (Edited images are saved in the same
location as the original.) Delete images from the
location you are editing from, or copy the image to a
another location, then edit it.
