. Using AMS-TICU
Figure 7-1 shows main window that displays all information of TICU. It also displays list of connected to
ALD. Please open console window for the verification and error codes.
) Procedure
 When ID on “Information” is different from ID on TICU, error code will be generated. Please
refer to “2) initial setting” below to set ID or click ”Read” to get items on Table-Initial Setting
List.
 Click “Refresh” button to get (display) all the parameters.
 Click “Get ALD Node” button to get all the unique IDs of ALD connected to TICU. To refresh
ALD information, click “Scan” button.
 Choose specific ALD that you would li ke to control and monitor from the “Connected list”, then
click “Refresh” button to get parameters of the ALD stored on TICU.
) Initial Setting
When “Initial Setting” (Figure 7-1) button is clicked, window will be displayed (Figure 7-2). If you would
like to read information from the TICU, click the “Read” button. It is not possible to change the item in
the AMS Lite Version.
