NOTE: The pivot pin is not centered in the
swingarm, so it is important to align the
offset hole in the Stiffey
TM
with the pivot
pin. The Stiffey
TM
will install easily with lit-
tle pressure if the hole is aligned correctly.
Now re-install the passenger footboards, the exhaust and the saddlebags per your OE serv-

Install the pre-greased spacer into the empty bushing side of the rear fork bracket until seated. Re-
align the two holes in the bracket with the threaded holes in the frame and then install and torque the
two hex head bolts. (
On 1980-2006 models, use the .155” spacers; on 2007 later models
use the .050” spacers).

Rivera Primo Inc.’s sole obligation and the customer’s sole remedy is limited to replacement or repair of products free of
charge in the event products fail to perform as warranted for a period of one year from actual date of purchase. Proof of
