Still picture folder is full. Cannot

record still pictures.

• Delete unnecessary images (p. 55) or

perform [

FORMAT] (p. 66).

HD movie recording disabled.

some limitations of the hard disk of the

• The hard disk of the camcorder is set

may enable you to use your camcorder.
This will delete all data in the hard disk.

This may occur when you keep
applying shock on the camcorder.

• An error occurred during reading or

writing the hard disk of the camcorder.
This may occur when you keep
applying shock on the camcorder.

Management file damaged. Create
new file?

• The image management file is

damaged. When you touch [YES], a
new image management file is created.
The old recorded images on the hard
disk of the camcorder cannot be played
back. (Image files are not damaged.)
In this case, copy the image files to
computer using the supplied software.

CD-ROM for details.

touch [YES], an HD movie
management information is created.

Buffer overflow

• You cannot record because the drop

sensor senses a drop of the camcorder
repeatedly. If you may be at risk of
dropping the camcorder constantly, set
the drop sensor to [OFF], and you may
be able to record the image again
(p. 80).
