• If the requirements for other system programs/utilities are
not met, the following dialog box appears.
Take note of the required updates listed on this screen. Click
Finish close the Sony ® Software CD installation program and
access the Microsoft ® Windows ® Update Web site. Please
follow all on-screen instructions to download the necessary
Microsoft updates to your computer.
a Click the Microsoft Update button on the taskbar to maximize
Internet Explorer and view the Windows Update screen.
b From the Windows Update screen, click Custom .
c From the left navigation pane, click Software, Optional .
Note : Internet access is required to complete this step.
The Microsoft ® Windows ® Update Web site at
www.windowsupdate.com opens in a minimized state
and displays a Windows Update button in the taskbar.
