and turn on the camera. , Select (Memory Stick Tool)
with v / V on the control button.
Select [Format] with B on the
control button, then press B .
Select [OK] with v on the
control button, then press z .
To cancel the formatting
Select [Cancel] with V on the control
button, then press z.

The “Formatting” message appears on the
LCD screen. When this message
disappears, the format is complete.
