B Please check the e-mail address of the person to whom you are mailing.
B Check the settings following the steps mentioned in “CLIE Mail” in “CLIÉ
Application Manual” on your computer.
B Try sending the mail again after a while.
B With some providers, you may have to first receive a mail before you can
start sending mails. Send a mail within three minutes of receiving a mail
(After how long can you send a mail once you receive a mail will differ
depending on the provider).
You cannot receive mails
B Check the settings of your mail server following the steps mentioned in
“CLIE Mail” in “CLIÉ Application Manual” on your computer.
B Try receiving mails again after a while.
You get a message saying that your ID is incorrect or that
the password is incorrect
B Check the settings of the user name and password following the steps
mentioned in “CLIE Mail” in “CLIÉ Application Manual” on your
computer.
