What should I do if I cannot download the location
information?
Check that the Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) settings are correctly
configured.

for more
information.
You may be in the place where you cannot receive signals from GNSS satellites.
Avoid using the GNSS in a tunnel, a basement, or doors, behind high buildings
or trees, etc.
