Shooting with Easy Panorama

Tap the
d tab in Panorama scene
mode.
• See “Scene Mode (Shooting Suited to the
A 40) for information about setting
the shooting mode to Panorama.

Tap p and tap V.
• Select the shooting range from C Normal
(180°) (default setting) and B Wide
(360°).
See “Changing the Shooting Range” (
for more information.

Frame the first edge of the panorama
scene, and then press the shutter-
release button halfway to focus.
• The zoom position is fixed at the maximum
wide-angle position.
• A grid is displayed in the monitor.
• The camera focuses at the center of the
frame.
• Exposure compensation (A 59) can be set.
• If focus and exposure cannot be set on the main subject, try focusing on another subject
positioned at the same distance from the camera as the intended subject (

Press the shutter-release button all
