Upgrading Memory

Push the memory module down so that it is completely fixed.
If the memory does not fit easily, push the memory module
down while pulling the memory module latches outward.
► For 13.3 inch models

Close the memory compartment cover and fasten the screw.

Connect the AC adapter and press the power button to turn
the computer on.
If you do not connect the AC adapter, the computer will not
be turned on even if you press the power button.
Removing a memory module
Pull the memory module latches outward.
The memory module will pop up.
Remove the memory module out at an angle of 30 degrees.
For some models, a special film is attached onto the memory
module to enhance the wireless LAN performance.
When you replace the memory module, make sure that you
do not remove the film.
