Low Battery - The battery is almost discharged.
• Replace with a charged battery or use the power adaptor.
• Charge the battery.
Check authenticity of the
battery.
- The battery failed to authenticate.
• Check the battery’s authenticity. Change to an authentic and charged Samsung
battery.
• We recommend you use only genuine Samsung batteries in this camcorder.
This is not a rated
adaptor.
Use only the rated
adaptor that we
provided.
The power adaptor failed to
authenticate.
• Check the power adaptor’s authenticity.
• We recommend you use only genuine Samsung power adaptors for this
camcorder.
Storage media

Insert Card
There is no memory card inserted in
the memory card slot.
• Insert a memory card.
Card Full
There is not enough space to record
on the memory card.
• Back-up important files to your PC or another storage media and delete
unnecessary files in the memory card.
Card Error
The memory card has some problem
and cannot be recognised.
• Format the memory card or replace it with a new one.
Card Locked
The write protection tab on the
memory card has been set to lock.
• Release the write protection tab.
