Day view
With the Day view displayed, press the Options soft key to display the following options:
• Create new: allows you to create an Schedule, Anniversary, Miscellaneous, To do, and Repeat every year.
• View mode: allows you to select Month view or Week view.
Schedule
This option allows you to write memos to a schedule.
1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Schedule and press Select or .
2. Press the Options ➔ Create new and press Select or .
3. Enter the schedule name in the Subject field.
4. Enter the Details, Start date, Start time, AM/PM, End date, End time, AM/PM, Location and if you want an
alarm for this scheduled event, select Alarm and enter all the information related to the alarm. You can also
select whether the alarm will repeat.
5. Press Save to save this configuration.
Anniversary
This option allows you to record Anniversaries in your calendar. You can also set an alarm to remind you of
important anniversaries.
1. From Idle mode, press Menu ➔ Organizer ➔ Calendar ➔ Anniversary and press Select or .
2. Press the Options ➔ Create new option and press Select or .
3. Enter the anniversary title in the Occasion field.
4. Enter the Date, and Alarm information for this miscellaneous event.
5. Highlight Repeat every year and touch if you want to repeat this event.
6. Press Save to save this configuration.
