Deleting a Section of a Title Scene (Partial Delete) DVD-RW(VR mode)
 Partial Delete function works only in Player Mode.
 page 28
 A Title scene can be partially deleted.
 The editing function only works on a DVD-RW (VR
Mode). You should format the DVD-RW to VR
Mode before recording. page 43
1. Set the [Mode] switch to [DISC].
2. Set the [Power] switch to [ (Player)].
3. Press the [QUICK MENU] button.
4. Move the [Joystick] up or down to select
, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
5. Move the [Joystick] to select a title scene you
want to delete partially from the thumbnail index
screen, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The selected title scene will be paused, then
will be highlighted.
6. Search the start point of deletion by pressing the
[/] or [] button.
7. Press the [] button at the start point to pause
the screen, then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 will be highlighted.
8. Press the [/] or [] button to search
the end point of deletion.
9. Press the [] button at the end point to pause
the screen, then press [Joystick(OK)].
 will be highlighted.
10. Press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The
confirm.> message will appear.
11. Move the [Joystick] left or right to select ,
then press the [Joystick(OK)].
 The selected part of the title scene will be
deleted.
 Use the [Joystick] to select , then
press the [Joystick(OK)] to return to the
thumbnail index.
Note
A deleted part of the title scene can not be recovered.

 Puede eliminarse parcialmente la escena del título.
 La función de edición sólo está operativa en un
DVD-RW (modo VR). Debe formatear el DVD-RW
en modo VR antes de grabar. página 43
1. Coloque el interruptor [Mode] en [DISC].
2. Coloque el interruptor [Power] en [ (Player)].
3. Pulse el botón [QUICK MENU].
4. Mueva el [Joystick] hacia arriba o hacia abajo
para seleccionar y pulse el botón
[Joystick(OK)].
5. Mueva el [Joystick] para seleccionar la escena
del título que desea borrar parcialmente de la
pantalla del índice de miniaturas y presione el
[Joystick(OK)].
 Se hará una pausa en el título seleccionado y
se resaltará .
6. Busque el punto inicial de eliminación pulsando el
botón [/] o [].
7. Pulse el botón [] en el punto inicial para
hacer una pausa en la pantalla y pulse el botón
[Joystick(OK)].
 se resaltará.
8. Pulse el botón [/] o [] para buscar el
punto final de eliminación.
9. Pulse el botón [] en el punto final para
hacer una pausa en la pantalla y pulse el botón
[Joystick(OK)].
 se resaltará.
10. Pulse el botón [Joystick(OK)].
 Aparecerá el mensaje
Please confirm.> .
11. Mueva el [Joystick] a la izquierda o a la
derecha para seleccionar y pulse el botón
[Joystick(OK)].
 Se eliminará la parte seleccionada del título.
 Utilice el [Joystick] para seleccionar y
presione [Joystick(OK)] para volver a la lista de
títulos.
Nota
Una parte borrada del título no podrá recuperarse.
