5. Enter the subject of your Email, press the Options soft
key, select Save and press the Select soft key or the
key.
6. Highlight Message and press the key. Enter text and
press the Options soft key. The following options are
available:

Save : allows you to save the email.
ⅷ
Insert : allows you to add a message text from the Text
Templates folder, an entry in Address Book, or a URL address
in the Favorites folder.
ⅷ
Save to : saves the email to the Drafts folder or a folder you
have created in the My Folder option.
ⅷ
Language Select : allows you to change the language
(English, French, or Spanish)
ⅷ
Input Method : allows you set text entry mode.
7. Highlight File Attach, press the Options soft key.
Choose from the following options and press the Select
soft key or the
key.

Add Graphics : allows you to add graphic files.
ⅷ
Add Video : allows you to add video files.
ⅷ
Add Audio : allows you to add sound files.
ⅷ
Others : allows you to add other files.
ⅷ
Save and Send : saves the email to the Draft folder and also
sends it to the recipient.
ⅷ
Send Only : sends the email.
ⅷ
Save to : saves the email to the Drafts folder or a folder you
have created in the My Folder option.
ⅷ
Attach : allows you to attach a name card, a schedule,
memos and anniversaries stored on your calendar, and task
from your To Do list.
