menu will not appear if
Do Not Disturb
has been activated or if
Autoanswer
(see
Adminstrator’s Guide for details) has been set to
On
or
On + Mic Off

handset

Loudspeaker
key on the keypad.
Press the
Headset
key if a headset is connected.
