How do Vaisala Loggers calculate MKT?

The Vaisala Logger first converts the temperature of each soft data point read
from the logger from Celsius to Kelvin:

Next, it calculates MKT in ° Kelvin using the following formula:

Finally, it converts MKT to ° Celsius using the formula:
