11.6 Recents

Recents (or Recent Places) are addresses used recently for navigation. When
an address in the list is used within Scout, it is promoted to the head of the list.

If you have a large Recents list, it may be easier to use the Search function to
find your desired Recent Place. To use the Search function, enter one or more
alphanumeric characters in the Search text box. As you type, the closest
match(es) will appear at the top of the list.

 Choose

the

Synchronize icon

to save Recents

created on your phone to your online scout.me account.

 Choose

Delete

to conveniently erase your entire

Recents list.

NOTE:

You can individually delete a Recent by choosing one from the list and

then selecting the Delete option in the Details screen.

Choose an address in the list to view its Details screen.

 Choose Add to favorites

to save the address to your

Favorites (this icon shows Remove from favorites if it is already
part of your Favorites list).

 Choose

Delete

for an individual deletion.

 Choose

Search nearby

to search for points of interest

around the Recent Place.

 Choose the address or the Drive To icon

to get driving

directions.

 Choose the phone number or the Call icon

to call the

business (if there is a phone number listed with the Recent
Place).

 Choose

Share Address

to share the Recent Place with

Contacts saved in your device, or manually enter phone numbers
to share the address via SMS (text message).

 Choose

Pin to Start

to add the Recent as a tile to your

phone’s Home screen. See “Pin to Start” on page

for more

information.
