Part # 11011499 Installation Instructions
1. Install the factory cross shaft on to
the lower StrongArm using the factory
hardware. Some grinding for clearance
must be done on the cross shaft to
enable it to slide it into the StrongArm.
Note: There is a driver and passenger
side cross shaft.
Note: Tighten the bushing bolts w/ the
car at ride height.
2. Install the ball joints in the lower arm
pointing down.
3. Bolt the lower StrongArm to the car
using the factory hardware. Note that
the sway bar mount will face toward the
front of the vehicle. This car did not
have an option for a sway bar; we used
our MuscleBar sway bar.
4. If you are having tire clearance issues
at the deflated height you can install a
bump stop. There are two holes near
the ball joint to mount one.
5. Grease the ball joints.
