Factory Wheel with ididit’s E-Body Steering Wheel Adaptor
For Part Number’s 2209320020, 2209320030, 2209320040, 2209320051

1. Check to verify the driving wheels are straight.
On top of the column there is a white horn tube
sticking up. If it is not already, this tube should
be rotated to the 10 - 12 o’clock position when
the driving wheels are straight
(Figure 2). Set
the adaptor on the shaft of the column, this may
require you to rotate the adaptor slightly to the
closest tooth on the spline.
2. Install the 9/16 nut and torque to 35 FT. LBS.
3. Install the horn wire by aligning the catch pin
and push in, then turn 1/8 of a turn clockwise.

4. Now use the three provided bolts to install the
wheel.
5. Use the original three screws that held the horn
mechanism in place to re-secure it. (Figure 4)
6. Now connect the wire to the electrical tab, and
finally push the button over the contact.
Aftermarket Replacement Wheels:
If using the Grant Tuff Grip aftermarket replacement
wheel, with our adaptor, you will need these
additional parts for your horn to function properly.
