REMOVE FILTERS
Remove the protective shipping film from the edges
of the metal grease filters . Press the filter locks back and
lift the filters out . Set them aside .
REMOVE WIRING COVER
FROM THE JUNCTION BOX
Remove the wiring cover from inside the hood .
Set the cover and its mounting screw aside .

REMOVE WIRING KNOCKOUT
Remove either the top or the back wiring knockout as
needed and install an approved strain relief clamp .

REMOVE DUCT KNOCKOUT(S)
If recirculating, non-vented ductless see note below and
skip to Step 7 and proceed.
Using a flat blade screwdriver, remove the appropriate
duct knockout(s) from the top or back of the hood .
