Retrieve the current barcodeReporting methodology (Prefix,
Suffix, Disabled or Pass Through) of the partition whose
name is given by the URI path template name.

A single string value will be returned and the possible values
are:

1 (Prefix)

2 (Suffix)

3 (Disabled)

4 (Pass Through)
