NOTE:

Any user can view information related to MXCS objects. However, only users with OPERATOR
permission can perform management tasks, such as starting and stopping MXCS services and
MXCS servers.

All users can view all data sources. Only MXCS users with OPERATOR permission can perform
management tasks on a data source.

Viewing MXCS servers

To view all MXCS servers for a system:
1.

Log on to the HP NonStop SQL/MX Database Manager.

2.

Under the navigation tree pane, click Connectivity.

MXDM displays a list of existing systems.

3.

Expand a system, and click MXCS Services.
