6 Save as PDF: Convert the document to Adobe PDF format.
7 Fax: Send the document as a fax.
8 Cancel: Close the Print dialog box without printing the document.

Note The Fax option is available only in Mac OS X 10.3 and higher.

Use Printer List to manage the printer. Managing the printer includes the following
tasks:

Opening Printer List

● Viewing and changing the status of a print job
Opening Printer List
Follow these steps to open Printer List:

In the Apple menu, click System Preferences.
2 In the System Preferences dialog box, click Print & Fax.
3 Click the Set Up Printers button.
Printer List appears.
