Use the sensor fields to operate the appliance. The displays, indicators and
sounds tell which functions operate.
sensor field function
1 To activate and deactivate the appliance.
2 To lock / unlock the control panel.
3 To activate and deactivate the cleaning
function.
4 To activate and deactivate the Bridge
function.
5 Temperature display To show the temperature.
6 Timer indicators of roasting
zones To show for which of the roasting zones
you set the time.
7 Timer display To show the time in minutes.
8 To show that the Count Up operates (1
to 59 minutes).
9 To show that the Count Down Timer op-
erates (1 to 99 minutes) or to show that
Minute Minder operates.
10 / To increase or decrease the time.
11 To set the roasting zone for the Timer
function.
12 To set the Timer functions.
13 Control bar To set the heat temperature.
