EUPOWN
The Client tried to allocate volsers that are
already allocated.

ENOTSUPPHCMD
The AMU has a command exclusion feature that
can be used to configure which DAS commands
are supported. The command that wes sent to the
AMU is configured as a not supported host
command. Refer to the AMU Administration Guide
if this needs to be changed.

Also check the AMU error message.
