Colored spots at 30mm



Identify the color causing the problem and put in a new toner cartridge. (See
Replacing the toner cartridges on page 104.)

Toner scatter or toner stain



Check the printer’s environment. Conditions such as high humidity and high
temperatures may cause this print quality problem. (See Choosing a location
in the Quick Setup Guide.)



If the problem continues, put in a new drum unit. (See Replacing the drum
units on page 112.)
