1 With a needle nose pliers pull the plastic cover plate down and off See Figure 5
Figure 5: Remove plastic cover
2 Place a new serial number tag above the one on the endpoint
Figure 6: Place new serial tag
3 Place the cover plate back on the endpoint
Figure 7: Place cover on endpoint
