LEDs are off and Fault is
indicated at 0 mA level
Power is not supplied to
the Detector
Supply power to the
Detector
Both LEDs are on at
yellow and fault is
indicated at 0mA level
Fault 2
Bring the detector unit for
service.
Both LEDs are flashing at
yellow and fault is
indicated at 0mA level
Low voltage is supplied
to the detector
Check the voltage level
supplied to the detector
Dirt has accumulated on
the detector's window or
on the Light Source's
window
Clean the optical
windows (See Section
7.2.1).
One unit at least has
been moved or tilted
Perform Realignment
(See section 6)
Power is not supplied to
the Light Source
Supply power to the Light
Source
The optical open path
beam is blocked
Remove the obstruction
One unit at least has
been moved or tilted
Perform Realignment

One LED is on at yellow
and 4-20mA indication
