4.1 Calibration
4.1.1 Calibration with PACTware TM
Manual hold

Start calibration procedure
• Set value of ORP solution; Default setting: 468 mV
• Press Next

• Dip the sensor into the ORP solution and wait till the value is stable.
• Press Next
Next Next Next to proceed.
i The measurement of ORP solution starts. After approx.10 seconds and a successful
calibration the following values appear:
Old ORP value in mV
ORP solution in mV
Electrode voltage in mV
New offset in mV
New ORP value in mV
• Press Next Next Next Next to proceed.
• Set the calibration date with DD-MM-YYYY.
• Press Next
Next Next Next to proceed.
i The message Save values? Save values? Save values? Save values? appears.
• Select yes yes yes yes to save the values.
• Press Next Next Next Next to proceed.
• Select no no no no to deactivate function manual hold manual hold manual hold manual hold.
• Press Next Next Next Next to leave the calibration menu.
A ORP calibration is necessary in regular intervals or when installing a new ORP sensor.
If the calibration was not successful, the message Warning! Offset out of range! Warning! Offset out of range! Warning! Offset out of range! Warning! Offset out of range! appears behind
the value New offset New offset New offset New offset.
• Press Next Next Next Next to proceed.
• Set the calibration date with DD-MM-YYYY.
• Press Next
