6.1 Making the scale operational
Moving the scale
1. Tilt the device until it can be moved freely on the
casters.
2. Move the device in this position to the desired
setup or storage location.
Aligning the scale ATTENTION!
Incorrect measurement due to force shunts
If the scale and housing is in contact with some-
thing, e.g. a towel, weight will not be measured
correctly.
– Set the scale up so that only its foot screws
are in contact with the floor.
1. Place the scale on firm, level surface.
2. Undo the knurled wheels.
3. Level the device by turning the foot screws.
The air bubble in the spirit level must be located in
the exact center of the circle. 2.
