Making a Conference Call

You can set up a conference call from a 10U100 Cordless Headset Telephone that

connects you up to two other outside parties and two inside parties together at the

same time. All rules and considerations regarding conference calling with PARTNER

telephones also apply to 10U100 units.

To add a second party to an existing call

You are connected with the first party:

• Press the

button down once.

You hear intercom dial tone. The call of the first party is put on hold.

• To add an outside party, dial

plus the outside number. If the number is busy

or does not answer, hang up or press

and the first party will ring back.

To add an inside party, dial the 2-digit extension number. If the number is busy

or does not answer, press the

button once and you will be reconnected to

the first party.

• When the second party (inside or outside) answers, press the

button once.

You are now connected with both parties.

To drop the second added outside party from a conference call

You are connected with the first party:

• Press the

button down once.

The last added party is dropped.

Speed Dialing

To dial a PARTNER Personal or System Speed Dial number:

• Press the

button.

You hear intercom dial tone.

• Press

plus the 2- or 3-digit Speed Dial code.

The system automatically selects an outside line and dials the Speed Dial number.

Note: You can’t program System Speed Dial numbers from a 10U100. It must be
done at extension 10.

To dial an outside number from the 10U100 speed dialer:

• Press the

button.

You hear intercom dial tone.

• Dial

You hear outside dial tone.

• Press

followed by the desired single digit (0-9) memory location.

Your hear your number dialed.
