4 UNINStaLLINg tHe USB DRIVeRS
If required the LCI/USB drivers can be completely removed from the system by following the procedure
below:
Windows Vista™
1 Click .
2 Click Control panel. The control panel is
displayed.
3 Click Hardware and Sound a program.
4 Click View Hardware and devices. The
Device Manager is displayed.
5 Click + next to ports (COM & Lpt).
6 Right click trend Controls LCI USB and
select Uninstall from the displayed menu.
The Confirm Device Uninstall dialogue
box is displayed.
7 Select the Delete the driver software for
this device check box.
8 Click OK.
9 Click + next to Universal Serial Bus
controller.
10 Right click trend Controls LCI USB and
select Uninstall from the displayed menu.
The Confirm Device Uninstall dialogue
box is displayed.
11 Select the Delete the driver software for
this device check box.
12 Click OK.
5 DISpOSaL
Windows Xp
1 Connect the LCI/USB.
2 Right click My Computer and click
properties from the displayed menu.
The System properties dialogue box is
displayed.
3 Click the Hardware tab and then click
Device Manager. The Device Manager is
displayed.
4 Click + next to ports (COM & Lpt).
5 Right click trend Controls LCI USB and
select Uninstall from the displayed menu.
6 Click OK.
7 Click + next to Universal Serial Bus
controller.
8 Right click trend Controls LCI USB and
select Uninstall from the displayed menu.
6 Click OK.
Weee Directive:
At the end of their useful life the
packaging and product should be
disposed of by a suitable recycling
centre.
Do not dispose of with normal household
waste.
Do not burn.
