by using TARP and so TARP

should be set to I. LCIs,

do not share the same Lon

section do not need TARP, so

TARP should be set to O

z - Reset Node

Flag

When set to 1 the LCI resets

and clears the node status

and comms statistics. When

set to 2 the node status and

comms statistics are cleared.
