1. No power
2. Blown fuse
1. Check the power connections and verify
they are fully connected and power is avail-
able. Power cycle the unit off and back on.
2. Check Fuses and replace if blown using
the replacement fuses inside the lid of the
unit.

Before troubleshooting gun and control unit problems, flush the gun with solvent and purge
with air. Some of the tests will require high voltage to be applied to the gun, so the gun must
be empty of paint and solvent.

Description
Solution
Cable Fault (CF)
The Cable Fault indicates the con-
trol unit does not detect a high
voltage section on the end of the
cable. The fault typically occurs at
a high voltage trigger.
1. Check for a loose connection on the low
voltage cable and tighten if necessary.
Insure both connectors are secure and re-
test for CF fault.
2. Replace low voltage cable and re-test.
3. Send unit in for repair.
