3. Unscrew the cell-retainer cap from the cell block by turning it
counterclockwise until it is free.

4. Slowly withdraw the cap from the block. The cell should come
out with the cap.
5. Carefully pull the cell off of the cap. DO NOT TOUCH THE
SCREENED END OF THE CELL OR ANY FLUID THAT
MAY BE LEAKING FROM IT.
6. Dispose of the cell in a safe manner, in accordance with all
applicable ENVIRONMENTAL AND SAFETY laws.
5.2.4 Installing a Micro-Fuel Cell
To install a new Micro-Fuel Cell:
CAUTION:
Do not scratch, puncture, or otherwise damage the
sensing membrane of the Micro-Fuel Cell. If the
membrane is damaged, the cell must be replaced.
