SYSTEM’S OPERATION
A. How to view tenant’s directory
1. Press (scroll A-Z) or
2. Press (scroll Z-A)
B. How to initiate a call from the system Two ways to initiate a call
1. By scrolling (see A, press 3 or 6 to scroll) then
press # to call
2. By directory, press # (wait for the tone) then
press the tenant’s directory number.
C. How to release the door remotely 1. Establish a communication
2. Tenant must press 9 to release the door.
D. How to use the call waiting 1. Press 0 to transfer between the two calls
2. Press 0 again to return to the original call.
E. How to use the doorman phone The doorman phone is optional. It can be used to call
the tenants without using an outside line.
1. To call the tenant, Press # then 4-digit relay
number
2. To make an outside call, you must press 0 and
wait for dial tone then dial the phone number.
If your phone is connected as a doorman
phone, you must press 0 to dial outside line.

seconds), see p18.
