REMOVAL OF PLV-1000
•
Caution: When removing PLV-1000, be sure to release fluid pressure from the system before
removing. System may be under pressure and could cause injury.
•
Set operating pressure at 0 psi.
•
Open recirculation valve and/or gun to purge pressure from fluid sections. Let drain until as much
fluid as possible has been purged.
•
Remove the pneumatic signal lines from the top of the PLV-1000 and remove the air fitting.
You can now remove the PLV-1000 from the unit and take it to a work area for maintenance.
PLV-1000 DISASSEMBLY PROCEDURE
Remove the Spring Housing from the Valve Body assembly. (Fig. 3.0)
