As you disassemble the equipment, lay out the components in the correct order and direction, and have
all current component drawings available to refer to prior to disassembly. This will help in the reassembly.

ITEMS AND TOOLS NEEDED

Set of open end wrenches
•
Pliers
•
Wire brush
•
Table mounted, soft jawed viSe.
•
Semi Permanent Loctite (Blue) or equivalent liquid thread lock.
•
Parts for servicing.
o Note: Because of the simplicity of this component, there is no designated rebuild kit.
When servicing the PLV-1000 the seals and o-rings should be replaced at a
minimum. The other parts should be inspected for wear and damage and replaced as
necessary.
