Metering Pump Assembly:
Assembly Procedures:
1. Install O-Ring (O-S-013), and Check Valve (CV-2000) onto Inlet Body. Note the
Check Valve is not used on the Adhesive version of the metering pump.
2. Insert the 7/8” SS Ball (03071) into the Inlet Body.
NOTE: Care must be taken to not scratch or dent SS Ball.
3. Position an O-Ring (O-S-022) onto the notched end of the Cylinder.
NOTE: Take care not to damage the O-ring on the threads.
4. Screw the notched end of the Cylinder into the Inlet Body. Turn by hand until it
bottoms on the Inlet Body, “snug tight”.
5. Thread the Lock Nut onto the Cylinder until it bottoms on the Cylinder shoulder.
6. Install an O-Ring (O-S-022) onto the long threaded end of the Cylinder.
