Introduction:
This manual, the VHPC-3200 Metering Pump Manual, provides information you need
to perform simple maintenance and repair on your equipment.
Step-by-step assembly and disassembly procedures are included for each
component.
This manual covers the repair of the VHPC-3200 Series Metering Pump assemblies:
There will be slight differences between some of the metering pump assemblies but the
procedures will basically be the same and where necessary the differences will be
noted.
• VHPC-3200-ADH Metering Pump Assembly – For Adhesive units
• VHPC-3200-C-3J Metering Pump Assembly
• VHPC-3200-C-UPS Metering Pump Assembly
Please read the manual carefully. Follow the steps in the order given, otherwise you
may damage the equipment or injure yourself.
DANGER: Always wear proper safety equipment, including eye protection and
gloves when performing service and repair on this equipment.
During Disassembly . . .
As you disassemble the equipment, layout the components in the correct order and
direction. This will help you to reassemble them. Also have a current parts drawing to
reference during repair.
Tools Required:
• 1” Open End Wrench
• 3/4” Open End Wrench
• 5/8” Open End Wrench
• 6” Adjustable Wrench (2 required)
• 12” Adjustable Wrench
• 1/4” Wood Dowel – 6” long
