PROFILE SEAL INSTALLATION
When installing a profile seal, one side of the seal has a larger diameter ridge on
the outside edge. This side goes to the inside of the guide claw as seen below.
Press the seal into its seat starting on one side and work the rest of the seal into
the same position. When finished, it should look as below.
When properly installed, the profile seal will stay in place when pulled straight outwards.
It is recommended that 3M Weather Stripping be applied to the surface touching the
claw if possible for added adhesion.
REMEMBER:
the larger diameter always goes to the inside.
