2.5 ASMB2 configuration
You must configure the network settings of both the remote server and
the local/central server to establish communication for remote server
control and monitoring. Prepare the support CD and a bootable floppy disk
to configure the network settings.

To configure the IPMI in the BIOS:
1. Restart the remote server, then press during POST to enter the
BIOS setup.
2. Go to the S e r v e r S e r v e r S e r v e r S e r v e r S e r v e r menu, then select the I P M I C o n f i g u r a t i o n I P M I C o n f i g u r a t i o n I P M I C o n f i g u r a t i o n I P M I C o n f i g u r a t i o n I P M I C o n f i g u r a t i o n
sub-menu. Use this sub-menu to configure the IPMI settings.
3. When finished, press to save your changes and exit the BIOS
setup.
