Be cautious when changing the settings of the Advanced menu items. Incorrect
field values can cause the system to malfunction.
3.4 Advanced menu
The Advanced menu items allow you to change the settings for the CPU and other
system devices.
To clear the user password, follow the same steps as in changing a user password,
but press when prompted to create/confirm the password. After you clear
the password, the User Password item on top of the screen shows Not Installed.
3.4.1 Trusted Computing
This item appears only when a TPM module is connected to the motherboard and
allows you to change TPM settings.
TPM Support [Disabled]
Allows you to enable or disable TPM support. Configuration options: [Disabled]
[Enabled]
