2.4.3 I/O Device Configuration

Onboard Serial Port 1 [3F8/IRQ4]

These fields allow you to set the address for the onboard serial connectors.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [3F8/IRQ4] [2F8/1RQ3] [3E8/IRQ4] [2E8/IRQ3]
[Auto]

Onboard Parallel Port [378/IRQ7]

This field allows you to set the address of the onboard parallel port connector.
Configuration options: [Disabled] [378/IRQ7] [278/IRQ5]
[3BC/IRQ7]

Parallel Port Mode [EPP]

This field allows you to set the operation mode of the parallel port. [SPP] allows
normal-speed operation but in one direction only; [EPP] allows bidirectional parallel
port operation; [ECP] allows the parallel port to operate in bidirectional DMA mode;
[ECP+EPP] allows normal speed operation in a two-way mode. Configuration
options: [SPP] [EPP] [ECP] [ECP+EPP]

ECP Mode USE DMA [3]

This field sets the parallel port DMA channel for the selected ECP mode. The
default setting is 3. This item is available only if you selected [ECP] or [ECP+EPP]
as the Parallel Port Mode. Configuration options: [1] [3]

EPP Mode Select [EPP1.7]

This field sets the parallel port DMA channel for the selected EPP mode. This item
is available only if you selected [EPP] or [ECP+EPP] as the Parallel Port Mode.
Configuration options: [EPP1.7] [EPP1.9]
